Renovation Design
When a project calls for structural updates to one or more rooms, from bathrooms and kitchens to basements and built-in cabinetry, it's the moment to get those rooms right for the next twenty years. We plan the layout in 3D, choose every finish and fixture, and coordinate with your builder from layout to final finishes, so the room that gets built is perfect for how you live.
What we design
Bathrooms: primary baths, guest baths, and powder rooms
Basements: family rooms, guest suites, home bars, and media rooms
Built-in cabinetry: libraries and media walls, home offices, wet bars, storage walls, and vanities
Kitchens: layout, appliance selection, cabinetry, furnishings, finishes, and lighting
What’s included
Discovery: how you'll use the space, today and in the years ahead
Layout and 3D modeling: so you can see proportions, sightlines, and storage before construction starts
Selections: tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, hardware, appliances, furnishings, and lighting
Drawings and specifications your builder can price and build from
Builder coordination: we work with your contractor, or introduce you to builders we trust
Furnishing and styling to finish the space, if you'd like
Working with your builder
We collaborate with your chosen builder throughout the entire project, from initial design and estimation through final installation. If you don’t have a builder, we can make introductions to trusted local contractors.
Our den renovation with Greg Clancy Construction won the 2025 Silver BRICC Award for Best Specialty Room.
How it’s priced
A fixed design fee for a defined scope, quoted after we've seen your home, usually via a Design Session. Construction is contracted directly between you and your builder, so you always see their pricing. We bring your builder in early, after the concept and 3D model, for an estimate before final selections. That way the design is adjusted to your budget, not redone.
