Whole Home
When a house is new to you, or ready for a fresh start, the best results come from designing it as a whole, even if the execution takes place in phases. Every room relates to the next, the style is cohesive, and reflects a design vision for how you live. The result is a bespoke home that's beautiful and easy to live in for everyone who uses it.
Common homes
A house you've just bought on the Cape that you want to make your own
A new build or major renovation, where furnishings and finishes need to be planned alongside construction
A home you want finished all at once, rather than room by room over the years
A full refresh of a home that’s been in your family for years
What’s included
Everything in the Room Collection and Renovation Design, for the whole house:
Discovery of how your family uses the home, and how that changes with the seasons and with guests
3D planning for every room, and finish and fixture selections where there's renovation
A cohesive design vision and style direction from room to room
Furnishings, lighting, rugs, window treatments, art, and accessories
Procurement, receiving, and installation day, so you can walk into a finished home
Phased efficiently
A whole-home project doesn't have to happen all at once. We can plan and design the full house now and execute the vision in sensible phases, starting with the rooms you'll use most. This is often the most practical approach to designing a whole home.
How it’s priced
A fixed design fee for each phase, quoted after we've seen your home, usually via a Design Session. Furnishings are billed at standard retail pricing, with receiving and installation estimated up front.
